Meet HARRY POTTER (Neutered!)
HARRY POTTER was one of 10 kittens in a group that was dropped off at the shelter at the very beginning of May 2025. He is one of several black kittens in the group. HARRY reached neuter weight first before any of the other kittens in his litter!. He has plenty of stamina and loves to play with his siblings as you can imagine. if you are lucky, you might be able to slow him down in his play activity long enough to ask him if he would like to be adopted and go home with you! Thanks to HART, a local cat rescue group that assists the shelter, HARRY POTTER was neutered on Wednesday, May 28. As a result, he can go home the same day that he is adopted! Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking a cat carrier with you to the adoption appointment in case you do decide to adopt this kitten or one of the other spayed or neutered cats currently at the shelter. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!
Adoption Process
Adoption contract, Adoption fee of $50 per cat and $80 per dog set by county commission and subject to change, drivers license and cash or check only. The adoption fees currently cover most, but not all, of the spay/neuter cost incurred by the county.
