Wild About Cats of Cumberland County

Small but extremely dedicated. Started 10 years ago. Sadly, MANY homeless cats in this mostly rural area where folks prefer hunting dogs and the local, under-funded shelter is always full. We can't stand to see the cats left unsheltered, unfed, and generally discarded. We promote S/N all the time.

Meet Stormy

Misty and Stormy are sisters that came into the rescue as kittens and had no human interaction. They are very cautious and skittish. They will require a home that will allow them to become comfortable in their own time. Once they feel safe, they will be able to show their true personalities; which are oh so wonderful. Misty loves to birdwatch and chatter at the birds. She also loves a good cuddle and belly rub. Stormy is a bit more shy, but so very loving when she feels at ease. If you are willing to be patient with these girls, they will reward you with love and affection. Watching them transform is a beautiful sight to see!  They were born 4/13/22. They have been spayed & are up to date on their vaccinations.   All of our cats are fostered in Tennessee but we transport to most states.

Adoption Process
