Meet DUCHESS

DUCHESS was surrendered by her owner in December 2024. She is an adult female cat with an estimated age of eight years. She has a short black hair coat and two really cute “fangs”; that is, two really long front teeth that you can almost see in some of her photos. She is friendly and gentle and sweet. She has not yet been spayed to their knowledge and that must be done before she can go home with you as your own. Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared!

Adoption Process
Adoption contract, Adoption fee of $50 per cat and $80 per dog set by county commission and subject to change, drivers license and cash or check only. The adoption fees currently cover most, but not all, of the spay/neuter cost incurred by the county.
