Meet Raleigh

Meet Raleigh! From his foster "Raleigh is a male domestic short hair kitten who is considered a brown tabby but has high white markings on all his legs, chest and a smudge on his nose.  He has a LOT of personality. He will climb up on you and do his best parrot impression - squawking and all.  He is very vocal, you can literally have a conversation with him (he gets that from his momma Carolina) and he will always run up to you when you come into a room.  While he would do well with another kitten, he would probably do just as well with an older cat or just him as long as he is the center of attention of the humans in his life. He is wary of dogs currently but without his overprotective momma around, he will probably be fine and warm up.  He likes other cats and kids (especially if they like to play and give him treats)."
