Meet Gwyn
Here’s Gwyn! She is a beautiful spotted gray ticked tabby. Gwyn enjoys her humans company and will run to greet you. She will cuddle on your lap, enjoys petting but her favorite pastime is playing. Gwyn is not picky about which toy, she loves them all but her favorite is the laser and catching the toy on a string. She gets along with other felines and you will find her on the window seat napping with her siblings. Gwyn has a birthdate of 5/12/2025, up to date on her vaccinations and will be spayed when age appropriate. She is looking for an indoor home with toys, a playmate and a lap to warm! *************************************************************************** This pet comes with an implanted 24 PetWatch microchip and free registration into the 24PetWatch pet recovery service. *************************************************************************** This cat is available for adoption at the Humane Society of McCormick County in SC for an adoption fee. All of our cats are indoor kitties. To adopt, contact 864-391-2349 or [email protected]. We are an all-volunteer 501c3 organization. To learn more, visit www.hsmcsc.org.
Adoption Process
Our adoption process starts with an interview. We want to know what type of cat or dog they are looking for, their lifestyle, and their expectations. Then we set up a meet and greet either at the shelter, a pet store, or at their home. Then they fill out an adoption contract. We offer and encourage potential adopters to take the dog or cat home on foster-to-adopt for a few weeks before finalizing the adoption. Our adoption fee is $65 for cats and $125 for dogs which included spay or neuter and vaccinations and for dogs, it includes a microchip. Cats can be microchipped upon request.
