Meet Persephone

Hi, my name is Persephone, like the goddess of springtime! My human mom really works a lot! As much as she loves me, she knows I don't get as much cuddle time with her and am not very happy. She wants me to have a good life, so she asked SCC to help me find a home with people that are home more. So, about me, I am about 4 years old now. I really like to play - and am quite a great hunter of my toy mice. I would be a great companion for someone that is home more. Older kids might be better, sometimes toddlers can be a bit much. I have had some outdoor time, so if you are a gardener, I could be a great gardening companion. I lived with dog a few years ago so, I could adjust, depending on the breed and size. I might also adjust to a cat - slow introductions are always good. I have my vaccines and will be microchipped as a part of the adoption process.

Adoption application, vet/personal references checked, adoption contract must be signed, animals spayed/neutered. Adoption donations: Dogs: Puppies (6 months and younger): $150 Dogs over 6 months: $100 Exceptions: Purebred: Starting at $250 Senior or Medical Issues: $60 Cats: Kittens (6 months and younger): $100 Cats over 6 months: $50 Exceptions: Purebred: $150 Senior or Medical Issues: $35
