Meet MD - Banjo

Hi, my name is Banjo and me and my brother, Boots, could really use your help! You see, our human mom is moving away and can't take us with her. She would, but where she will be living, there is a big dog that already has a bad reputation. She is working with Second Chance to find us a home where we can be together - We are VERY bonded! So, let me tell you about myself. I am about 6 years old and very healthy! We have been on a wellness plan and I even recently had my teeth cleaned. Of the two of us, I would say I am the more outgoing - well, curious, adventurous or mischievous might be words you could use as well. My mom will tell you that I have learned the word "No" - I hear that one often because I have been known to jump into cupboards to hide and let myself out. I am actually a very nice cat. Unlike a lot of cats, I actually don't mind my mom trimming my nails. I have been on a wellness plan and so I have gotten use to the trips to the vet - and it isn't a wrestling match to get me into the carrier. I love being up high, like on cat trees. I do like attention and chin scratches. I am not what you might call a "lap-cat" per se, but I do like to hang out with my people. I haven't been around kids, but the older ones might be ok. The younger ones can be a bit noisy. Dogs are a big no, but we might be open to having another cat friend. Slow introductions are always best. We have lived an indoor life and that suits us just fine. I am current on my vaccines, microchipped and very good with the litterbox. Adoption application, vet/personal references checked, adoption contract must be signed, animals spayed/neutered.
