This cute little boy was dumped on a lonely gravel road along with his sister. He was promised a home after his neuter only to have the person change their mind without ever meeting him. Thankfully, a kind person is keeping him in their shop, but he longs for a real home. In that time we have learned a lot about him. He is pure sweetness!! He loves, loves, loves laps. He loves chin scratches, chasing balls, and feather wands. He also loves being spoiled with yummy sardines and goat milk. He did however, make it known from day 1 he would not be happy as an indoor cat, he is a talkative little guy. After a safe waiting period (1 month) he now gets to enjoy some time outdoors...and finally some fresh green grass. I don't know about other cats or dogs for sure. His sister quickly adapted to the 2 dogs in her new home. He is approximately 1 year old, so like most that age if he gets a slow proper introduction I think he would be ok with other kitties. He is neutered and vaccinated and wondering why the heck he is still stuck in this shop and not in a real home. $100 adoption fee. Mojo lives in Falls City, OR This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.
Adoption Process
Adoptable cats and kittens are shown on our website with detailed profiles and pictures. To help our potential adopters learn more about the cat(s), we encourage them to first contact and discuss with the foster family if it might be a good fit. Potential adopters must submit an adoption application for review and evaluation. We also have onsite Adoption Events on a weekly basis. Our adoption counselors are present to handle the interview and adoption process.
Our adoption fee for single kitten is $120 and $200 for a pair. Adult cat adoption fee is $60.
We require that adopted cats be mainly indoor cats and no declawing is allowed. Adopters must be over 21 years old and sign a contract that lists out his/her responsibility as the cat's owner.
