Meet Macchiato

To start our adoption process, House of Mews Rescue asks that you please complete our online no-obligation adoption application, which is located on our website under the adopt tab at http://www.houseofmewsrescue.org/adopt.html Should our Adoption Coordinator feel your application is a good fit, a HOM volunteer will reach out to discuss your application with you.  Current on vaccinations, and have tested negative for both FIV ("Feline Immunodeficiency Virus") and FeLV (Feline Leukemia). Blondes have more fun and fair Macchiato is here to do just that. She lives for toys, especially ones that make crinkley or swishy sounds. However, her favorite toy is her foster brother, Creamsicle. Watching them chase and wrestle is unbearably cute!! But after all that playing, she will collapse in your arms ready to hear about your day. Macchiato is very sensitive to human voices and listens very intently if you speak softly, or sing! Macchiato is 11 weeks old. She is spayed, tested negative for FIV, and is current on her vaccinations. Macchiato has lived her entire life with her foster brother, Creamsicle; and cannot bear to be apart. They must be adopted together.    Approx. birth date: 9/1/2023 Foster: AK

Adoption Process
If interested in adopting a House of Mews cat or kitten, please respond to this post, you’ll be asked to complete a no-obligation adoption application, which will be sent to our adoption coordinator for review. A MEWS volunteer will reach out to you to discuss your application within 24-48 hours after an application has been submitted. House of Mews Rescue requires an adoption fee at the time Kittens up to six months $95 or 2 for $150. Kittens over six months $75 or 2 $125 Cats 1 year or older…$50.
