***Please read bio in its entirety prior to contacting the foster. The first step in our process  for any animal you are interested in, is to fill out an application at https://pawsandprayers.org/adoption-application. For more information not listed in the bio, please email Connie at [email protected].   Garnish is the perfect companion cat! Her favorite place to be is either on your lap or in your arms. She has a very quiet purr that she uses all the time. She loves to play with toys, as she is still young. She doesn't mind dogs or other cats, and loves all people. She would adore someone that will let her snuggle most of the day and all night, but is also totally fine when left alone.  She is 8 months old, litter  box trained, FVRCP and rabies vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, combo tested and spayed.  Adoption fee is $130 She is also special - she had surgery to correct a congenital defect in her heart, called Patent Ductus Arteriosus. Surgery was successful and she is now healthy and fully acts as a normal cat. She will have another follow-up echo-cardiogram in August to determine future medical needs, now that she is full grown. Based on her previous evaluation, the cardiologist said that she may need medication for the rest of her life, just to support her heart health. She takes the medication easily, it's like a treat to her, as she was on it before surgery. Cost is approximately $1/day if she needs the medication.  Adopters should be prepared for the potential cost of medication if recommended, and may need periodic exams through her life with the cardiologist. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application. Meet and greets will be scheduled by appointment only, after application has been approved.

Adoption Process
Adoption fees range from $150-$350. Non-negotiable. An applications at www.pawsandprayers.org must be filled out and approved before a meet and greet can be set up.
