ShortThe tiniest member of the 6-pack gang, Blue Moon is a gray kitten with a big heart and an even bigger personality. Don’t let his size fool you—this little guy packs a punch! Sweet, intelligent, and full of love, Blue Moon has what we like to call a Napoleon complex—he’s been pouncing on his biggest brother since the day he could walk. Because he was the runt, his human servants made sure he always ate first, and now he expects nothing less. Life is to be lived fully—and with a full food bowl! With his bold attitude and endless determination, we lovingly call him our little Rocky—a tough, scrappy fighter who never gives up. Blue Moon is a foster mom favorite and adores children. He’s outgoing, affectionate, and always ready to show off his quirky charm. Born on the streets with his siblings—Sapporo, Stella, Labatt, Stiegl, and Pacifico—Blue Moon was rescued at just a few days old. Thanks to their amazing mama Champagne and a loving foster family, the whole litter grew up safe, social, and smothered in love. Now this little champ is ready for his forever home—one where he can play, pounce, and continue living like the spoiled little prince he knows he is. Are you ready to welcome Blue Moon into your heart and home? DOB: 3/25/2025 **This cat is currently in a foster home and arrangements can be made for a meeting once you have applied with us. All cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and tested for FIV/FeLV. Adoption Process
We have an application that requires the potential adopter to wait until their application can be verified. Once everything checks out the adopter comes and picks up their new fur member of the family and signs a contract. One of the highlights of our contract states that if for ANY reason at ANY time they cannot care for the animal, they must return the cat or dog back to Colony Cats (& dogs). Our adoption fees are $100 for kittens (4 months and younger), $85 for kittens 5 or 6 months, $75 for adult cats, $50 for Wise Whiskers (7 years and older). We often have adoption specials where the adoption fees are lowered. The adoption fee includes the animals already being spayed/neutered, Feline Leukemia and FIV tested (cats), heartworm tested (dogs), all vaccinations (FVRCP and DHLPP), rabies vaccine (if kittens or puppies adopted are not old enough to have received a rabies vaccine, then the new owner will need to go to their vet to get this done), microchip, flea/tick/heartworm preventative.
