Meet Rye

To start our adoption process, House of Mews Rescue asks that you please complete our online no-obligation adoption application, which is located on our website under the adopt tab at http://www.houseofmewsrescue.org/adopt.html  Should our adoption coordinator feel your application is a good fit, a HOM volunteer will reach out to discuss it with you.  Current on vaccinations, and have tested negative for both FIV ("Feline Immunodeficiency Virus") and FeLV (Feline Leukemia). Say hello to Rye, the lanky little silver tabby with jazz hands!At just 4 months old, Rye is full of personality and charm. He’s a quirky, playful kitten who throws his paws in the air before every pounce—it’s his signature move! Rye is a cave-dweller at heart and loves curling up in cozy hideouts. He’s absolutely crazy for Churu and can definitely be bribed with a treat or two. One of his favorite things? Being carried —he melts right into your arms. He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Looking for a snuggly sidekick with a flair for the dramatic? Rye’s ready to jazz-paw his way into your heart. Adoption Process
If interested in adopting a House of Mews cat or kitten, please respond to this post, you’ll be asked to complete a no-obligation adoption application, which will be sent to our adoption coordinator for review. A MEWS volunteer will reach out to you to discuss your application within 24-48 hours after an application has been submitted. House of Mews Rescue requires an adoption fee at the time Kittens up to six months $95 or 2 for $150. Kittens over six months $75 or 2 $125 Cats 1 year or older…$50.
