Meet Skittles
SKITTLES was a stray that showed up injured at a resident’s home. They did not have the resources to care for him, so he was brought to the SCHS. A vet visit showed he had a broken hip, most likely from being hit by a car. Thankfully, with pain meds and rest, he made a full recovery. He does walk with a slight limp, but that could continue to improve with time. Skittles is a sweetheart. He's chill, laid-back and loves attention. This big boy wants nothing more than to sit on someone's lap and get lovin's. The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit. This includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming. Adoption Process
An adoption application must be completed before meeting the pets and an adoption contract is required upon approval to adopt. Our adoption fee is usually $150 - $200. This includes all vet work, including shots, altering and heartworm test.
