Ferals and Kittens and Cats Oh My

Our mission is to address the stray, abandoned, unwanted companion and feral cat dilemma in the city of Rochester, NY and to put an end to needless euthanasia because of shelter over population. We work in coordination with clinics to spay and neuter feral cats in order to reduce the feral cat population. We work with shelters and rescue groups to help find homes for kittens, abandoned friendlies and injured cats.

Meet Sweetpea (Super Friendly)

Attention all cat lovers! Are you on the lookout for your new furry soulmate? Look no further than the one and only Sweetpea! This 1 year old brown tabby beauty has got it all; she's a ninja with moves like Jagger, can climb cat trees like a pro, and has a heart of pure gold. Plus, she's a social butterfly who loves making new friends (be it cats or humans), but let's just say she's not rolling out the welcome mat for dogs just yet. Sweetpea is seeking a forever home with a family that has kids aged 12 and up. So, what are you waiting for? Sweetpea is eagerly waiting to steal your hearts away! Sweetpea is spayed, has age appropriate vaccinations, parasite treated, tested negative for both FeLV and FIV and micro chipped. If you would like to adopt Sweetpea please complete an online Adoption Form at our website https://feralsandkittensandcatsohmy.org/adoption-application/ ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING AN APPLICATION 1) All the cats/kittens that are up for adoption will be spayed/neutered, have age appropriate vaccinations, combo tested and treated for fleas and worms. 2) An approved application is necessary prior to a meet and greet, 3) Most of the cats that I rescue were abandoned and having a hard time surviving on the streets. I take them in, get them vetted/vaccinated and then let them decompress. I take the time to write bios outlining the personality of each cat. To the best of my ability I determine if the cat would adjust to a household with young kids, dogs or other cats. If I feel they would not be a good match I state that in the description. PLEASE do NOT fill out an application if you have young kids or dogs where I specifically state this would NOT be a good match. I will only contact you if  I feel your application will be a good fit. 4) If you would like to meet one of our cats please submit an application at https://feralsandkittensandcatsohmy.org/adoption-form/    Submitting an application does not lock you into a commitment to adopt.
