SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue

Our mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless." We save the toughest dogs to place; those with serious medical conditions, paralyzed dogs, deaf and blind dogs, severely emaciated dogs, dogs with neurological deficits & disease, dogs with injuries and orthopedic issues … the animals that nobody else wants; the dogs that would otherwise be euthanized.

*Name: Silvia*Age: 1 year *Current Weight: 8 lbs*Rescued from: Texas - (Currently located in foster home in Texas, transport will be scheduled when adopted or for a local Tri-State area foster.)*Adoption fee: $150*Health: Up to date on vaccines, & microchipped*Adoption requirements: Adopter must be 25 or olderHi I'm Silvia! I was found with my siblings in Texas and brought to a wonderful foster family who has helped me grow and into the independent kitty I am today! I have two brothers and a sister. I love to sleep with my people and play with my kitty friends. I'm sweet little girl who loves to snuggle. I like to Netflix and chill most of the day. I'm shy at first but warm up once I get to know you. I really like having other cats around and sleeping with my foster mom. Could I be the perfect new addition to your home?To apply to adopt, fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/FAQs -- PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE EMAILINGAll adoption fees are non-refundablePlease note that SNARR NE is a volunteer-based organization. While our volunteers will try to respond to you as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you review the below information about our adoption process before emailing:LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the kitten/ cat’s physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents depending on the situation. *NOTE* We rarely know a cat’s exact age, nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of cats as our information is limited most of the time. Because we often do not have access to medical records at the time that we are listing for cats for adoption, there are sometimes discrepancies between what is posted on their profile and what might be listed on a dog's medical records.SNARR'S ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting a SNARR kitten/cat is to fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/. Once we receive your application, one of our adoption application processors will contact you, review our adoption process with you, and answer any additional questions you may have. **We do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions, but on best fit for a family and most importantly the kitten/cat. **MEETING ADOPTABLE CATS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until after your adoption application has been fully processed and approved by one of our adoption processors.APPLYING ONLINE: If you fill out an online application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device), make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible, and that you receive aconfirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, that means we did NOT receive your application.
