Bunsen & Beaker

The Animal Project

The Animal Project is a nonprofit rescue group in New York City in hopes of bettering the lives of all animals. We work primarily with cats, both with finding cats with lost homes and those who are feral and need care. Otherwise we use our good natures to rescue any animals in need and try to find them placement in homes, rescue farms, or otherwise.

Meet Bunsen & Beaker

Bunsen (calico tabby with white underbelly) is a lovable and playful cat with a heart of gold. At 7 years old, she’s incredibly sweet and cuddly, often displaying a playful energy that’s more akin to a dog. Bunsen adores human affection and is always eager for a lap to curl up on. She’s the perfect companion for anyone looking for a furry friend who loves to give and receive attention. Beaker (tabby) is a shy, reserved, 8-year-old cat who finds comfort and security in the presence of her best friend, Bunsen. She deeply adores Bunsen and would thrive in a calm home where she can stay close to her sister. Beaker’s gentle nature and strong bond with Bunsen make her a special companion for the right environment.

Adoption Process
A $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, shots, FeLV & FIV tests, and de-worming before your cute adoptable comes to your home.
