Meet Vinyasa

Birthdate:  03/26/2023Breed: One of a kindFeeling meditative?  Looking to find a way to create better harmony between body and mind?  Vinyasa yoga links the the flow of movement to breath to achieve physical and mental well being.  VINYASA (the cat) has his own way of making us feel peaceful, balanced and connected with the very best parts of ourselves!  Soft and smokey grey marbled tabby, he is so easy to be with.  An old soul in the body of a young boy, his foster says he would sweetly lay with her for hours, purring.   He's unbothered by other cats (both male and female) and he'd be fine with a calm dog with a slow intro. He shared space with her 70lb senior pittie, and though he was cautious, he'd kneaded on her when they both were relaxed. He has a good appetite and isn't picky.  We do believe we've caught him in deep contemplation (see photo) but you won't get an "Om", instead a meow for attention and even a chirp or two when you pet him.  Vinyasa would love to show you the way.  Namaste.   The Rescue is open 7 days a week for you to come and meet our pets! Walk-ins are welcome! In order to interact with them, you’ll need a simple questionnaire filled out.
