Are you looking for a loyal companion who's calm, affectionate and low maintenance? Then Cowgirl is your girl! Cowgirl will make the perfect solo cat for someone who's looking for a chill companion who still has plenty of life ahead of her. She will melt in your arms the minute you hold and scratch her.  She's gentle and kind, and you'd never guess her difficult past.  Cowgirl was left behind outside in Crown Heights, when her owners moved 2 years ago! She was lucky because she found a local colony with devoted caretakers, who fed her morning and night. But they always knew she belonged back indoors, so they reached out to us, and of course we helped! The minute our rescuer met Cowgirl, she walked up to her with a friendly tail shake and let herself be held in her arms. Cowgirl is ready for daily snuggle sessions with you! Cowgirl is estimated to be 4-5 years old.
