KittenSnatchers

Kitten Snatchers is a volunteer-led, nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing Philadelphia's stray cats and kittens. Founded in 2020, we provide foster homes to cats found on the street or surrendered to ACCT, and we care for them until they can find their "fur"ever homes. Our success is only made possible thanks to the hard work of our team of experienced and new fosters who open their homes to cats in need.

Meet Otis Redding

Otis Redding is as sweet and snuggly as any handsome boy around. He likes watching the birds and squirrels, wrestling with his catnip kicker, and cuddling up for some one-on-one time. He is very happy to be your little spoon at night though don't be surprised if he ends up on you instead of next to you. He has the cutest blep thanks to some recent dental work to address years of no care. Otis lives with other cats. He prefers his space from them and would rather not share your lap with anyone. There are no dogs or children in his foster home. He would be a nice companion for older children (10+) Otis is a young senior at 7yo. He is new to living inside and has adjusted beautifully. He has no problems or delay using the litter box. Otis enjoys the water fountain. He is also a good eater. His favorite spot is the window seat in the guest room where he can watch the birds and squirrels in the big tree and on the deck. Living on the streets is not an easy life. Chronic untreated ear infections has left Otis with a permanent head tilt. He took his ear drops without any problems or resistance (treats always help). His ears are fine and healthy now. He does not need on-going medications or treatment for his head tilt. The issue was one of neglect not anatomy. Otis is waiting to meet you! His head tilt does not negatively impact him in any way. He does everything cats do: play, observe, demand, cuddle, sleep, eat, bird watch. He can be chatty when he has something to say. Listen closely, he may have the winning lottery numbers!
