Meet Munie

Munie is a lovely brown tabby with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. She’s friendly, chatty, and absolutely adores attention—especially when it comes to pets! But she’s also a cat with boundaries. Munie is not afraid to raise a paw if you get too close to her comfort zone, so she’s looking for a home where her signals are respected.  It’s important to note that Munie takes a little time to feel comfortable in new environments, but  once she settles in, she’ll be your affectionate and vocal companion. When she’s not chatting or  soaking up pets, Munie enjoys catching up on her beauty sleep in cozy spots around the house or  sometimes chasing a tinfoil ball.  If you're looking for a loving, vocal companion with a bit of spunk, Munie might just be the one  for you. She’s ready to find a forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and have plenty of  room for her naps! This cat would prefer to be adopted alone and be the only cat in the home.   Munie was rescued with dental issues and had surgery. We would be thrilled for a potential adopter to provide a larger adoption donation (between $250 and $400 total) and/or assistance crowdsourcing funds towards their necessary vet bills if possible.   This cat is FIV+ and will live a normal healthy and long life when provided with quality care such as a balanced diet and yearly wellness exams (like any cat). As FIV+ is not transmittable between neutered/spayed cats under normal circumstances, we are happy for FIV+ cats to mingle with FIV- cats in their adoptive homes.
