Meet Debra Morgan! This sweet girl was found in S. Philly in a backyard eating with a bunch of feral cats. The feeder thought she was just another feral cat because she was bossing around the older cats. Her in charge attitude is not only adorable but it's peered for the character she is named after and what all girls should strive to be like! Debra is outgoing, sweet, demanding and playful! She became besties with another cat in her foster home immediately named Helena. They would love to go home together but it's not mandatory. Since Debra is very high energy and playful she must go home to a house with another playful cat! Adoption Process
Application, Approval, Meet the cat, Foster has the last say in approving adopter. Fees: $135 for kittens/cats under 1 year $236.25 for a pair of kittens under 6 months $108 for cats 1-5 years $81 for special needs cats and cats over 5 years
