The beginning of Cora’s story is sad, but we are hoping that the right adopter gives her the happy next chapter that she deserves. This sweet, beautiful 6-year-old girl was rescued with a severe injury to her back left leg. Now, she is living a full life but does so with three legs. She is a tripod.Because she is missing one leg, she feels very scared and threatened by other cats. Cora would do best as the only pet in a calm home. She loves to play with her foster mom and gives her lots of head butts and snuggles. She will also sleep in bed with you. She uses her litter box perfectly; and she likes to be brushed. She deserves a loving home where she will feel safe and have the space to come out of her shell on her own time. Once she trusts you, she is a loving, sweet cat. It’s worth the wait! This cat has tested FeLV/FIV. negative, is current on vaccinations, parasite-free and litter-box trained.
