Meet Lilabell

This beautiful girl was in the local kill pound where another older kitten had died without us finding out in time to get him out. But knowing that there may have been something contagious, we rushed to get her out, even though we were basically over full. We squeezed her in to watch her for a while and the plan was to add her to the kitten room with kittens that were more her age. She is already scheduled to be spayed and gotten up to date tests and vaccines, plus the normal preventatives, by Feb 21st, 2024, after which she can be adopted. We can take adoption applications early so that we can find the best match. If you think you may be the one, or family, just submit an adoption application early. By the time Feb. 21st comes along, perhaps she will be ready to go home with you, if you are approved. Since we expect her to get plenty of applications, you might want to add your second choice. Remember that looks are not always the best way to decide so your best match could be a completely different kitten or cat. Just saying...and we don't know much about her yet. You might want to submit a pre-approval ap and then come to meet some of what we have available. We want the best for her and you. Thank you.

Adoption Process
An online adoption application/contract must be submitted 1st. Then either a home visit will be arranged or during extremely busy times, a video tour of your home must be submitted. References will be checked. A volunteer will contact you with the decision or if applicable, with questions or clarification. After approval, payment of $300 for dogs/puppies or $140 for cat/kittens is to be paid.

Look for other cats for adoption!
