Hi, my name is Charlotte, but people call me Charlie. I am an all-black female kitten about 12 weeks. People mix me up with my brother all the time, but trust me, I’m the cooler cat. I purr as loud as he does, even if he says otherwise. I love people and affection; my foster mom says I make excellent biscuits! But life is short and I’m young, if I had the choice I’d rather run and play! I am the most mature of my siblings, minding my foster mom better than my siblings do. But being a kitten is hard work! My favorite thing is to snooze on the fur blanket my foster mom has, or her lap (both are preferable). I dream of one day having a window hammock to lie in and stare out of. There’s one here, but the giant lion cat owns it. I hope one day I have one for myself. General temperament: Curious and good with new people. Loves to play and wrestle while also very affectionate. Plays hard. Naps hard. Good with cats: Yes Approximate Birthday: 03/20/2025 Adoption Fee: $ 100.00 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, FIV/FeLV test, and deworming. A two-week trial is included as part of the adoption. Because we do not know the background of many of our cats, we cannot guarantee exact age or breed. Adoption centers may not have a volunteer present to open the cat enclosures, and we have foster homes located throughout the KC metro area. Adoption Process
Those interested in adopting must fill out an online application, we then schedule an initial meeting with them and the animal, followed by a home visit. An adoption contract is required and the adoption fees range from $65 to $250.
