Meet Simba (Adoption Pending)

  Simba is affectionate and so friendly. He will be near his human companion, following you from room-to-room. Simba is a cuddle bug who likes nothing better than taking a nap on whoever is sitting down. He is very relaxed when held and just melts in the crook of your arm! Simba's ideal home is with an individual, couple or family; he is delightful around children. Simba has been around other cats; he amuses his littermates Bella and Pumpkin. Simba is accustomed to a cat-friendly dog. He is a ginger classic tabby with a white locket. As of November 2023, Simba is 4 months old. Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Adoption Process
Prospective adopter must fill out application/contract. Our adoption coordinator calls to verify that all other animals in the home are under vet care and utd on vaccinations, preventatives and are spayed/neutered. Home visits are done to verify fenced yard, shelter, etc. Our normal adoption fee is $50.00
