Meet Fluffy Decor (adoption pending)
Fluffy Decor, also known as 'Fluffy,' got her name after observing how well she matched the painted gray walls and furnishings in her foster home and also blended well with the personal cats . . . and Fluffy is fluffy! She is quiet, adores being held and appreciates curling up to her human companion. Fluffy is active and gets a kick out of chasing balls and other kitty toys. After all the chasing, a light snack and drink of water she appreciates a lap to nuzzle on. Fluffy's ideal home is with an individual, couple or family. She has been around other cats and does very well with wrestling matches with her littermates Ada Grace, Aubrey, Bitty and Tab. Fluffy should do okay with a cat-friendly dog. She has a silver medium length coat with white, brown eyes and long ear furnishings. As of December 2023, Fluffy Decor is 3 months. Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Adoption Process
Prospective adopter must fill out application/contract. Our adoption coordinator calls to verify that all other animals in the home are under vet care and utd on vaccinations, preventatives and are spayed/neutered. Home visits are done to verify fenced yard, shelter, etc. Our normal adoption fee is $50.00
