Meet Batman

Hi everyone! My name is Batman, and I’m a 10-year-old panther looking for my forever home! In addition to being extremely handsome, I’m also a very social guy. Once I’ve acclimated to my space, I’m very confident, friendly and outgoing. I greet everyone that enters the home, and I’m not afraid to ask (okay, BEG) for pets. When I’m not busy watching birds from the window or napping in the warm sun, I like to be around my people. Whether it’s following my foster mom around like a shadow or curling up on her lap to watch a movie at night, I won’t hesitate to include myself. Sometimes she says I need to learn about personal space, but I think I’m the perfect mix of playfulness and affection. I’d say I have a medium level of energy. I still have some kitten energy left in me for “hunting” birds through the window, rolling in catnip, and chasing ribbon toys, but I’m usually more interested in snuggling, pets and affection. I currently live in a 2-bedroom apartment with my foster mom. My ideal home is one where I get lots of love and attention. Even though I behave myself when I’m left home alone, I get lonely if I’m alone for too long (or too frequently). I’d definitely do best in a home with adults who work from home, or a family who is around a lot to keep me company and give me attention. I don’t get along with other cats, but I’ve been able to coexist with chill pups that respect my space and don’t hog all the attention. I’ve also done well with children in the past, and I think I’d really love having a small, gentle human to play with.
