Meet Lucile

Hello, my name is Lucile. I was surrendered to rescue & am now ready to find my forever home after lots of ups & downs. I came into foster in December of 2023. I had broken my ribs countless times prior to rescue. Unknown cause. It took many months for me to heal. I developed dry FIP & was treated for it for 84 days. When I was midway through observation Ithe FIP came back. I was treated for another 84 days of treatment. During this time my mouth became very painful & I developed stomatitis. I had a dental cleaning & was healing well. During my FIP treatment I had a lot of stomach/digestion issues. I had a scope to figure out why. I was diagnosed with early signs of IBD. I'm doing well now & am currently not on any meds or special diet. I may need to be in the future during flare ups. While in observation for FIP my stomatitis flared up & decision was made to remove the majority of my teeth. Things are finally calm & all the medical trials are behind me. Through it all I am a happy, loving girl that is sweet. I can't believe I am ready for a new home. I am excited to experience this for myself as I've  seen a lot of my cat friends come/go to new homes. I hope you choose to be the lucky one to give me my forever home.
