Meet Square

Square (1 year old) Square is a very shy soul. He’s a handsome gray tabby with the most wonderful little tufts of hair on the ends of his ears. He needs a patient, loving adopter who has a quiet, low-key household where he could work at coming out of his shell a bit more. Young, energetic children and exuberant dogs would be too much for Square, as he is a gentle and rather delicate being. Another cat friend of a similar temperament would appeal to him, however; we can recommend Circle, another shy cat here at the shelter, who is always curled up tightly with Square. When you spend time with Square and tap into your patience, he will start purring when you pet him. You will know for sure that he is happy if he starts to drool. Would you have a serene home with some cozy cat beds for him to hide in when the world gets to be too much? If so, Square would like to meet you.

Adoption Process
http://catscradleshelter.org/CCS/how-to-adopt/ An interview with the executive director is done prior to adoption. Not everyone is approved to adopt. Those that are approved have the cat for a 3 week trial period, where they can return cat and get a refund. Beyond that, we always want our cats back if the adoptive household can no longer care for it, but after 3 weeks, the adoption fee is not refunded. An adoption contract is completed prior to final adoption. Adoption fees are $118 including tax.
