Meet Onyx

Onyx came to MCHS via the Austin City Pound when no one claimed him.  He was probably born in May of 2023.  He is a very friendly guy who is now neutered and current on shots/dewormings.  He has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV.  Onyx does great with the other cats here at MCHS and he likes people!.  We are looking for an indoor only home for Onyx and you must be 21 to adopt from MCHS.  A pet carrier is required at the time of adoption.  To meet Onyx or any of our cats, go to mchs.rescuegroups.org and complete and submit our online application.  We will review and get in touch to set up a meeting time.  Our address is 101 22 ST SE, Austin, MN.  We are located off of I-90 via exit 180B to 218 SOUTH.  We are just past our local airport.  THANKS.

Adoption Process
Starts with written Application form which includes questions regarding housing situation (rent/own etc. renters require landlord approval), History of previous or current pets, Vet information, Animal housing information (cats must be indoors, dogs fenced yard etc.). Fees for Cat Adoptions are $50 (or $75 for two) Dogs vary based on breed, size, etc. Average is $125.
