Meet Poncho

Poncho (2 years old) Poncho is a handsome gray and white tuxedo cat. He is very shy (see first photo) right now at the shelter, but he has a gentle demeanor and appreciates being petted and treated with care. He is a sweetheart who likes to curl up in fuzzy cat beds and lie in the sun. When he warms up to you, he chirps and wriggles onto his back (see second photo) so that you can pet his belly  He’s an adorable cat who will reward you when you are patient and let him call the shots, because he does tend to be shy. This young man is simply looking for a home where he can get lots of attention and affection, and he will return it to you in full. Stop by to meet Poncho soon!

Adoption Process
http://catscradleshelter.org/CCS/how-to-adopt/ An interview with the executive director is done prior to adoption. Not everyone is approved to adopt. Those that are approved have the cat for a 3 week trial period, where they can return cat and get a refund. Beyond that, we always want our cats back if the adoptive household can no longer care for it, but after 3 weeks, the adoption fee is not refunded. An adoption contract is completed prior to final adoption. Adoption fees are $118 including tax.
