Meet Sebastian

Sebastian was found in Austin during one of our very cold snaps.  He is a younger cat who was lucky that someone took him in because it appeared that he had been without adequate shelter and food for some time.  He is a younger cat who was probably born around Sept, 2023.  He is now neutered and current on shots.  He has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV.  We are looking for a loving, strictly indoor only home for this very sweet cat.  Adoption fee is $80.  A pet carrier is required at the time of adoption and you must be 21 to adopt from MCHS.  To meet Sebastian or any of our cats, go to mchs.rescuegroups.org and complete and submit our online application.  We will review and get in touch to set up a meeting time.  Our address is 101 22 ST SE, Austin, MN.  We are located off of I-90 via exit 180B to 218 SOUTH.  We are just past our local airport.  THANKS.

Adoption Process
Starts with written Application form which includes questions regarding housing situation (rent/own etc. renters require landlord approval), History of previous or current pets, Vet information, Animal housing information (cats must be indoors, dogs fenced yard etc.). Fees for Cat Adoptions are $50 (or $75 for two) Dogs vary based on breed, size, etc. Average is $125.
