Meet Roger

Roger is a neutered male cat, probably born in fall 2022.  He is a total babe...or a total baby, depending on how you view things.  Roger lives to be held and hugged.  If you are within arms-length of him, he will try to climb on you.  He loves to wrap his paws around your neck and be scooped up.  He is pretty light weight so you can easily carry him with one arm under his back legs, while her courteously counter-balances his weight on your neck.  And he can hang on tightly, even if you bend over, so don't worry about dropping him.  He's a great work out buddy, adding an extra 10 pounds to your daily strength training routine and he will chirp and whisper encouragement in your ear.  He's a little timid around larger cats and those with big personalities, but he seems to do well with other even tempered males.  Please come meet Roger.  He needs a hug. Update: Roger is staying with a foster mom for a bit because the shelter was too stimulating for him and he needs one-on-one time to feel better.

Adoption Process
http://catscradleshelter.org/CCS/how-to-adopt/ An interview with the executive director is done prior to adoption. Not everyone is approved to adopt. Those that are approved have the cat for a 3 week trial period, where they can return cat and get a refund. Beyond that, we always want our cats back if the adoptive household can no longer care for it, but after 3 weeks, the adoption fee is not refunded. An adoption contract is completed prior to final adoption. Adoption fees are $118 including tax.

Look for other cats for adoption!
