About
Meet Frida
dob 4/18/23 A Rapid City man found our Frida, a pregnant stray, on his property. She had her kittens in his home and then we placed them in a TC Paw foster home. Frida is a friendly, cuddly, loving cat who sleeps with her foster family's teenage daughter every night. She has a playful, active side too. She isn't intimidated by other animals and can stand her ground. Since she was spayed, she has stopped trying to escape and seems happy to chill at home on her cat tree or curled up on the couch. Frida has a unique facial marking that looks like a mustache, so her foster family named her after Frida Kahlo, the Mexican artist who wore her own mustache as a feminist statement. She has spots on her side too that look oddly like paw prints. Frida loves food, especially her wet food. She was so hungry when she first came to her foster home that she used to growl at her kittens when dinner arrived, but the family left food out for her all the time, and now that she knows there is plenty, she doesn't show that behavior anymore. This sweet cat with her striking appearance will be a fine pet.
