2/17/2023 Meet Ruby   Health: Vaccinations up to Date on Age Appropriate Shots, Microchipped. Negative for FIV and FELV. Good in a Home with: Low energy, other cats, older or no children. Meet Ruby, one of The Queens. They spent over six years with their mother's rescuer, having spent their entire life basking in the warmth of a loving home until unforeseen circumstances led them to the doors of animal control. Fortunately, Purrs Abound swooped in to orchestrate a second chance for Ruby and her five family members. A dedicated foster opened their heart and home, providing a safe haven for all six in their time of need (where they are currently residing, together). The rescue then worked to ensure that The Queens received the best medical care, bringing them up to date on all their needs. Now, this sweet family is ready to embark on a new chapter in their lives and find their new forever family. Ruby is a charismatic ball of fluff with a personality as vibrant as her name! This endearing feline is not just a cat, she's a devoted companion with the desire to be wherever you are. Ruby's enthusiasm for closeness is so intense that she might inadvertently race in front of your feet, unintentionally turning herself into a charming trip hazard and adding a dash of humor to your day. Ruby's expressive nature is a testament to her unique charm. When she craves attention, this lovable fluff ball isn't shy about letting you know. With a graceful reach of her paw or a gentie love bite, Ruby will communicate her desire for your attention in the most adorable of ways. While her love nibbles might not fit everyone's desires in a cat, they are a small price to pay for the love and companionship she offers. Underneath her playful antics, Ruby is a genuine sweetheart with a heart full of love to give. Her affectionate nature and desire to be close will make her an ideal companion to the right person. Ruby would love to be adopted with any of her family members except Tasha and Luna, both of whom she has some family feud with that she hasn't chosen to elaborate on with her foster mother. Ruby has experience with cats, via her family and her foster mother's kitties, and she does have a little experience with her foster mother's corgi. She might be okay with a low-energy canine companion, especially one familiar with the feline way of life. She does not have known experience with children but older kids or those who are experienced with cats would likely be fine.   PLEASE HELP US FIND RUBY HER FOREVER HOME!
