Aunt Ida is a very sweet and loving lady. She’s an orange tabby that’s between 3 to 4 yrs old and is very special, as female orange cats are very rare! She’s a former community cat that we believe has never lived indoors before her foster home. She came to us healthy and happy though. And with her adult children! Her first couple nights inside were a little strange for her but she adapted quickly and has spent the last few weeks enjoying domestic life. She’s shy for a day or two. She’s cautious, but not hissy, around other cats and large dogs. Her foster mom believes she has the potential to love a sibling if given the chance. She’s CRAZY about pats, scratches and rubs, but not crazy about being carried around yet. We think she will be a lap cat when she knows she is “home”. She has a very loud purr and tiny meow. Aunt Ida is particular about her litter box, she prefers it to be very clean so scooping at least once daily is a must. lol Her foster mom will give you lots of tips and tricks to help her adjust to her new forever home. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving cat to be a lasting member of your family, Aunt Ida is for you. All of our cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested for FIV/FELV , and up to date on vaccinations including rabies, distemper, and de-wormer.
