Meet RAYMOND

MEET RAYMOND!Imagine losing your entire world and having a really difficult time with all of the change. Raymond's world was shattered when his person passed away and he was left abandoned in the apartment, probably because nobody knew he was there. We don't have any information about what Raymond was like in his home but we have slowly started to see his personality shine through. Raymond requires a slow approach and isn't up for much touch yet but boy does he love catnip! Raymond peeks his head up and rolls around in the catnip we give him and he is just in the moment which is very heartwarming to see. Raymond also enjoys soft talk and will put his head down and give slow blinks. He is looking for a quiet (he seems noise-sensitive here) home with one or two adults who are experienced and patient with cats who need time to adjust. Please note that Raymond will require multiple meets before he can go home and that your visits will likely be hands off.Raymond is currently up to date on vaccinations and flea and tick preventative, has been neutered, microchipped, and examined by our vet team. For more information on Raymond or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
