MediumMEET BROOK! Vocal, Needy and Super Sweet! To anyone who says that `cats are independent` we'd like to introduce you to Brook who arrived as a friendly stray. Brook likes to chat, boy does he like to chat. It would be in everyone's best interest to have Brook live in a single family home or in an apartment where the neighbors are out of earshot because Brook meows when he wants attention, when he is lonely, when he is happy, when he is hungry, probably when people are sleeping. Don't get us wrong, Brook is a DOLL who loves pets, flops on feet, sits on laps and just loves attention, period but he is a needy guy. Brook's signature move is flopping onto his side and making 'air biscuits' as he wiggles on the floor. Will his attention-seeking behavior dwindle with time, we don't know. For now, Brook's new person has to understand that during his stay with us, his vocalization has not changed much. Brook would love someone who works from home or a family (with older, respectful children) who has someone always around as he has yet to meet anyone he doesn't love.Brook is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. For more information on Brook or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170.
