Tipsy is aptly named as we suspect he has cerebellar hypoplasia, so he's sometimes a little wobbly. However, Tipsy is an active and friendly boy and he's seemingly not slowed down at all! Tipsy is a beautiful gray kitty and he's charmed all of us with his silly meows.
