Because of this, he can have a hard time adjusting to new people and places. However, he's really thrived in the shelter, showing his true, affectionate, vocal and all-around adorable self. Though he may become shyer when being introduced to his new home, given proper patience, he'll show you his fun and goofy personality in due time.
