Hi- I'm Bert - a beautiful friendly kitten with shiny black fur and I’m looking for a home of my own. I won’t ask for much...just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and be my kitten self. What My DC Foster Says About Me: Coming soon! What the Shelter Foster Says About Me: My name is Bert. I am a beautiful, sleek, shiny black cat. I love people. I came to live with the family who fostered me because my owner was elderly and could not take care of my mom and siblings. She had some health concerns, and her mobility was unstable, so she had to move so her son could help her. I get along well with the cats and dogs who live where I do. I am litter box trained and up to date on shots. I love toys and treats. I have a brother who is also black, but his hair is medium long, and his name is Ernie. I think the person who named me likes Sesame Street. TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for adult cats will be $200 ($350 for two cats adopted together).
