Meet Merry
Merry was malnourished and pregnant when she arrived at the shelter. Barktown Rescue pulled her when her babies were just 1 day old! She was a great mom, but had a hard road, but is now ready for her forever home! Merry is a sweet girl, that gets a long well with other cats. She has lived in a foster home with kids, cats and dogs. Merry is about 2 years old. If you would like to make Merry a part of your family, fill out an application at www.barktownrescue.org. MERRY'S ADOPTION FEE IS $75.
Adoption Process
First, we do ask that an application be filled out on the animal the person is interested in. Once approved, we can set up to meet the animal, which will already be vetted (spayed or neutered, vaccinated, heart worm tested, etc.). The fee for adoption starts at $125. There is a contract that also needs signed at the time of adoption.
