He is not as little anymore, but when his original owner found him, he was a little guy and the name stuck. Unfortunately that owner had an accident and had to go into a long term care facility and could no longer care for her "Little Boy." He is a handsome man and likes to follow the volunteers around to lend a helping hand. When he is not helping us out, he enjoys looking out the front door and watching everything that goes on in the neighborhood. I guess you could call him the "Neighborhood Watch Cat." He loves love and enjoys all the pets. He is especially food motivated and always willing to have some treats! If you need a friend to help watch over your kingdom, Little Boy will be a perfect fit. Little Boy is FIV positive, but is otherwise healthy! He has lived with a non-FIV + kitty without any issues! Approximate Birthday: 07/06/2013 Adoption Fee: $ 75.00 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, FIV/FeLV test, and deworming. A two-week trial is included as part of the adoption. Because we do not know the background of many of our cats, we cannot guarantee exact age or breed. Adoption centers may not have a volunteer present to open the cat enclosures, and we have foster homes located throughout the KC metro area. Adoption Process
Those interested in adopting must fill out an online application, we then schedule an initial meeting with them and the animal, followed by a home visit. An adoption contract is required and the adoption fees range from $65 to $250.
