Mason is a young adult male neutered cat who is very shy but once he warms up to you is very playful and loving.Thank you for taking time to view our pets and hope we have the perfect match for you.Please know you must complete an adoption application and be approved before taking any of our pets home. Cat Adoption Fees: $75.00Out of State Cat Adoptions Fees = $175.00 (includes second vet re-check and required by law health certificate to cross state lines)All cats Felv/FIV tested, feline/rabies vaccinations, de-wormed, and a monthly flea preventative. Optional micro-chipping with lifetime registration for additional $25.00 with adopter/owner to register online or by phone. In-State Dog Adoption Fees = $200.00Out of State Dog Adoptions Fees = $300.00 (includes second vet re-check and required by law health certificate to cross state lines)All dogs fully vetted are heartworm tested (6 months and older), canine/rabies vaccinations, de-wormed, micro-chipped, and monthly flea/tick/heart-worm preventatives. Adopter/owner to register pet micro-chip online or by phone.Apologies, we do not transport adopted animals to their new homes. All adopters are required to visit our facility to meet/pick up the pet. Adoption Process
Adopters are required to complete a three page adoption application/agreement and within the form, adopters must list their veterinarian and current pets. All pets (cats, dogs, horses and ferrets) in the home or on the property must be current on the rabies vaccine before an application is approved. Adopters must also provide information about their living status - if they rent or own as some rental properties do not allow animals, specific breeds or species, and have gender or weight restrictions. Golden Belt Humane Society's adoptions fees are for fully vetted cats and dogs: Dogs $150.00 - Spay/Neuter - Heartworm Test - Age appropriate vaccines (arvo/distemper, bordatella, rabies) - Dewormed - Microchipped - Monthly preventatives Cats $40.00 - Spay/Neuter - Felv/Fiv Tested - Age appropriate feline vaccines (including rabies) - Dewormed - Monthly preventatives
