(Mon - Fri 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Weekends 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.) ***BEHAVIOR TEST***Dog Test: (No Dogs) Grouch would be best in a home with no dogs. Cat Test: (No Cats) Grouch seems to coexist with the other cats in the shelter. Slow introductions are always recommended for bringing a new cat into the home. Kid Test: (Okay with Older Kids) Grouch would be best with older kids that respect cat boundries. Litter Box Trained:(Uses Litter Box) Grouch kees a clean kennel. Energy Level: (Medium) Grouch is a rugged yet lovable brown tabby who’s ready to leave his street days behind in search of a peaceful home. Having spent a lot of time fending for himself, he’s developed a strong appreciation for the finer things in life—especially food! He’s very food-motivated and might get a little grabby if he thinks you have a snack, but he’s working on his manners. Despite his tough past, Grouch is incredibly affectionate and loves attention. He’s also quite the talker, always eager to tell you about his day with his charming, raspy meows. A big fan of scratching posts, he enjoys stretching out and keeping his claws in top shape. If you’re looking for a chatty, food-loving companion with a heart of gold, Grouch is your guy!
