Meet Mia

Mia had a home for many years, but needed to be surrendered due to family developing allergies. She is very friendly, and will be very clear about when she wants attention and when she doesn't. Mia loves to look out the window and watch the birds or lay on top of a cat tower to oversee her surroundings. She is full of spunk and sass with a unique and curious personality. Mia does not love shelter life; she would prefer to be in a quieter home where she can saunter about and observe the world on her own terms. Mia has previously lived with another cat and also enjoyed a roommate in her time at Safe Haven. She would do well with the right flatmate - but not just any cat would do. If you have a cat at home, we recommend a slow introduction. Mia would also do well as an only cat, keeping all the attention for herself.

Adoption Process
Adopters must fill out an application and be approved. Appointment is made to meet/pick up the pet. Adoption fee is returned if the adopter notifies us the adoption in not working and returns the pet within two weeks.
