MediumMy name is Bean and I am a black tabby domestic shorthair/mix. I am a neutered male and I am 2 months old. I am at the shelter because I was born in a foster home on 03/06/2025. I am a good kitty who uses the litterbox! I am a high energy cat and I can live with an owner with no prior pet owning experience. I do not have a history of trying to escape the home, but the shelter staff always recommends owners be mindful that I do not accidentally sneak out on their way out the door. I can be good with men, women, and children. I can be good with other cats and I can be good with dogs. My foster family said: `Bean is full of energy and is very curious and outgoing. He enjoys pouncing and playing with his litter mates, but also likes to be held during quiet times. Heâs friendly around everyone and is very social and has a very nice, unique personality.`All cats are tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, and cats over 6 months of age are tested for heartworms. They are also tested for intestinal parasites and receive routine dewormings. Cats are vaccinated against distemper and rabies, receive a flea preventative, are spayed/neutered before adoption, and have a microchip. Adoption fees include the initial automated registration of the microchip at the time of adoption.
