ShortMy name is Katriona and I am a black & white domestic shorthair. I am an intact female (I will be spayed before I am adopted) and I am 1 month old. I am at the shelter because I was found as a stray on 04/05/2025. I am a good kitty who uses the litterbox! I am a high energy cat and I can live with an owner with no prior pet owning experience. I do not have a history of trying to escape the home, but the shelter staff always recommends owners be mindful that I do not accidentally sneak out on their way out the door. I can be good with men, women, and children. I can be good with other cats and I can be good with dogs. My foster family said: `Katriona is a delightful bundle of joy, with a very sweet disposition. She is the perfect combination of playful energy and calmness. She can go from a whirlwind of playfulness to affectionate, sweet, and loving. Life with her will never be boring!`All cats are tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, and cats over 6 months of age are tested for heartworms. They are also tested for intestinal parasites and receive routine dewormings. Cats are vaccinated against distemper and rabies, receive a flea preventative, are spayed/neutered before adoption, and have a microchip. Adoption fees include the initial automated registration of the microchip at the time of adoption.
