Aunt Bethany is a beautiful and petite tuxedo kitty, just around 2 years old and barely weighing more than 5 pounds. She has the sweetest little 'mew' that crackles ever so softly when she wants to get your attention. She's especially fond of doing this at feeding time! Aunt Bethany is one of many local kitties that came to rescue just before Christmas time, she has a tipped ear from the veterinarian that provided her spay surgery however she is seeking an indoor only home. Aunt Bethany is friendly and outgoing, she has lived with other kitties and done well (minus a few spats with her siblings when they had to share cramped quarters, which of course was understandable!) Aunt Bethany's adoption fee is $85 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations and FeLV/FIV testing. Last Hope requires that all animals be kept as indoor pets only, we look for adopters who have a history of having kept their pets altered and kept current on vaccinations and preventatives. If you would like to meet Aunt Bethany, please submit an adoption application for consideration at Adopthope.org
Adoption Process
Prior to adoption, all of our dogs have been tested for heartworm, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a vet check and home visit.
The adoption fee for dogs and puppies varies.
Prior to adoption, our cats have been tested for feline leukemia, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. If at the time of adoption, the kitten is too young to be spayed or neutered, an agreed upon time frame will be set for when this procedure is to be done. Spaying or neutering is not an optional procedure, it is required of all animals we rescue.
The adoption fee for cats and kittens varies.
