Jackie and her littermates Jocie, JJ, and Jake were found as young kittens and sent to foster care to get used to people. They were all extremely shy at first, but have since warmed up a lot. Jackie is curious and likes to see what people are doing. She is happy to accept pets as long as she is not grabbed or restrained. Jackie needs time to build trust with new people. She could benefit from being adopted with a playmate such as her sister Jocie or cuddly friend Lubber. Jackie was born mid-August of 2024. She is spayed, microchipped, FeLV and FIV negative, and up-to-date on shots. As always, cat/kitten adoptions are free will donation to approved applicants. ****The first step in the adoption process is to complete the application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org****
Adoption Process
application, adoption fees for dogs/puppies start at $150-$300. Cats/kittens are free will offering adoptions. Contracts for adoptions must be signed. All animals (unless too young) are altered prior to adoption. If not altered a deposit is paid and given back plus a rebate after the alteration has been performed.
